823rd TD Battalion WWII - Blaylock

My father, Melvin Blaylock, nickname Buck, served in the 823rd in the Rhineland and Central European Campaigns as an anti-tank gunner. He fought in the Battle of the Bulge and 3 other major battles. Sometime after that he became an MP in the 30th Infantry until he was discharged. I think he was in Berlin at that time.

The Tank Destroyer Association published a book in 2004 which is now out of print. The cost on Amazon, etc. is over $250 - over $400 by current owners.

I am asking someone to do a lookup for me in that book and see what, if anything, it says about my dad.

Also, if anyone knows, or knows of my dad or where I might find more personal information about his military service I would appreciate hearing from you.
