Jaklic/Jazbec/Snorsnik of Hanna, WY

I have researched these-my paternal grandparents-for many, many years. Jerry Jaklic/Jazbec and Ursula Snorsnik were married in Sept 1911 in Rawlins, Wy. They lived in Hanna, they were Catholic (I assume because they were both Austrian), they had 2 children- Angela, born 9 May 1912 (Hanna) & died 22 Nov 1927(Laramie). James, born 8 Aug 1913 (Hanna) & died 30 June 1951 (Circle, Mt.). both children place in orphanage in Laramie after Ursula died in 1918. James was adopted by the Connor family of Buffalo, Wy, in 1920. Angela died in the orphanage. I need more documentation because of the name change. Jerry was going by Jaklic on the marriage certificate and the two birth records. Then he changed to Jazbec. I have a letter from an old resident of Hanna who remembered the family-bedfast mother, mentally ill father, two children-a girl and boy-Julie and?-but remembered their name as Jaspic/Jazbec. I have a Declaration of Intent from the State of Wyo with Jerry Jazbec on it and the physical description matches my father's-down to the eye color! Can anyone help? I need to prove they are the same person. Also what is the next paper that goes with the Declaration of intent. That might have further info on it. How do I get it? Where do I look?
