Looking for my half-sister.
Sandy was born in North Carolina, but was raised in Cleveland, Ohio (1952-1970's). She was living around Newport News and Charlottesville, VA (1980-1995). She moved in 1995, after her grandmother's death and hasn't been heard from since.
It is likely that she is working as a waitress in a diner/truck stop. Her husband, Mr. Galloway, would be in his mid fifties and has been known to be a preacher and to work with prisoners/recovering alcoholics.
Any help would be appreciated.
