Stevenson and Gilchrist from Cheyenne 1885 to 1927

I am looking for information on the Gilchrist and the Stevensons Ranches. Andrew Gilchrist had a ranch west of Cheyenne in 1885. His nephew Wm. Stevenson worked for him as forman for a while then went out on his own. Need the location of the ranches. I am working in Cheyenne on Happy Jack road. I am sure they are in this area. Any infomation will be a great help. thanks Cheri
