This could be the reason that the family went to Wyoming. If they did help James, they would have been wanted for aiding and abetting James. Oh ya, there is a secret to genealogy. If you promise not to tell anybody, we will tell you about it. The Godfrey Library has a website at www.godfrey.org has all kinds of services including indexed census from 1860 to 1920, lots of old newspapers, 25,000 old history books, and many more things. The neat thing is that it cost $35 per year. This is an extremely cost effective resource. Good luck, Notify Administrator about this message?
