Mary,
The only mention I find of W.A. Frick is that he was one of the owners of the Dwyer Merchantile along with a M.N. Hanna as well as several others. It does not give a year or anymore about him. I do not find Fricks on the census of Platte Co, but do find in 1920, James and Martha Carmichael in Dwyer and close by, Joseph and Mary Hanna and James and Inez Huffman and also Guy Carmichael as a widower with five small children. I see in 1930 he and his children are living with James and Martha E. still in Dwyer. Dwyer is now a non existant community but at one time a small town north of Wheatland.
