Charles H.Sanger is listed in the 1920 census in the "French" Twsp. Click on this and it is described as:
"Election District No. 13 Collins including Encampment and Riveraide towns." I belive 'Riveraide" should be Riverside. Also the second page of the census has "Big Creek and ?? camp" I believe this is a map location:
Section 3, T12N(Township 12 north) R83 or 13 (Range 83 or 13) should be R83 or 13 West
