JP was born in County Down. But where did Jacob come from and where did he go? We don't know that. One man I met had actually been to County Down in Ireland but found nothing. JP's mother was Elizabeth Proctor whose brother was William, a surgeon. I don't have proof of this but it is from other's research and knowledge. If JP had any siblings, we don't know. only some rumors. Maybe he had a twin, a triplet, or - - - who knows. No one that I know of. I wish you luck.
