Joseph and Mary are my 4th great grandparents. Windels book lists 12 children, the last, Mahala, being born in 1808. I do not show an Eleanor either.
The 12 I have are as follows:
*1. Elizabeth Jane Yadon, b. 1782
*2. Mary Polly . b. 1785 (I am descended through this line)
3. Jacob Benjamin b. 1787
*4. David b. 1789
*5. William Proctor b. Abt. 1792
6. Susannah Susan b. 1794
7. Sarah Sally b. 1796
8. Joseph Preston II b. 1799
9. Thomas b. 1801
*10. Ann b. 1803
11. Margaret Peggy Abt. 1805
*12. Mahala b. 1808
Six of Joseph Preston's children moved to Missouri with their families. Mahala, who maried John Moulder went to MO. and then on to Arkansas.
Perhaps Eleanor was a child of Joseph Preeston Yadon II?
I don't have any information on his children, do you?
