Evelyn,
I have Yeakle, and Yeakley, relatives that moved to Winchester, Virginia, from Berks County, Pennsylvania, in the later 1700s. From speaking with other relatives, I understand some of them moved back to Maryland.
Please note, they used both Yeakle, and Yeakley . Here are some of their names:
