Anna Yackel was born in Germany on 10/30/1987
She came by boat to the United States approx
1903 at the age of 16. 4/17/1907 she married Andrew Groll and they raised 5 children on their farm in Indiantown (near Saginaw) Michigan. We have no idea where she came from in Germany. The youngest son thinks it was near the Rhine River. Please let us hear from you if you have any possible information on Anna or her family.
