I don't know what light I can shed, but my paternal grandmother was born Susan Yalch, whose parents (also from Czechoslovakia at about the same timeframe)were Eva and Yaccob (Dobba)Yalch. They lived in Lansford, PA (Carbon County)and most of the immediate family is buried in the Orthodox cemetary in Summitt Hill, PA. I'd be glad to provide any more that I know.
