My side of the Yalch family came from Austria Hungry and settled in Hazleton, PA area sometime arounf 1890's. My g-grandfather was George Yalch and he was a coal miner. I'm not sure about any siblings he might have had. I only know that he had 13 children, one of which was my grandfather. Do you know if you grandfather was a coal miner? ther might be a connection to my g-granfather and yours.
