Yale family in Quebec?

I have very little info on my family history but would like to find out more about our history. I am the son of Jean Yale. Unfortunately, that's where my info on my family stops. Can anyone give me some insight as to where we come from? Thank you in advance for your time...I guess this is really a long shot. Then again, In the phone book there is basically only my family so it may be possible to find some things out. I'm pretty sure there weren't too many Yales that moved to the province of Quebec.

Ps: My father, Jean Yale (Jean as in french for John) was born around 1930. Again, sorry if I can't give more info.
