For an idea on the sources used to trace the ancient Yale and Lloyd ancestries see: "Notes of the Yale Ancestry with a Royal Descent," Peter G. Van der Poel, The American Genealogist, Vol 32, Pages 71-79. "The Yale Descent from Braise and Clare through Pigott of Buckinghamshire," Robert J. Curfman, The American Genealogist, Vol 56, Pages 1-11. "Lloyd-Yale-Eaton Royal Descent," Henry B. Hoff, The American Genealogist, Vol 52, Pages 142-144. These list the sources that will lead to even more ancestry. Especially the "Lloyd-Yale-Eaton" article, using "Pedigrees of Anglesey and Carnarvonshire and their collateral branches in Denbighshire, Merionethshire and other parts," John E. Griffith. This should be available to rent from FHL. This all leads to more as well. Christopher Barttels Notify Administrator about this message?
