Rosendo Enrique Yanez (1890-1968) was born in Cusihuiriachic, Chihuahua, Mexico. His dad was named Onofre Yanez. His paternal grandparents were named Jose Yanez and Dolores Rivas. His mother was named Gonzala Madrid de Rubio (1867-1944). She was born in San Francisco de Borja, Chihuahua, Mexico. Rosendo’s maternal grandparents were Isidoro Madrid and Serafina Rubio.
Rosendo had three siblings, Roberto, David and Alfredo. Roberto (1892-1930) married Angelina Armendariz de Ortiz (1896-1956). They migrated to the United States and settled in California. They had three children, Roberto, Hector, and Caratina.
I cannot account for the lives of Rosendo’s brother’s David and Alfredo.
Mercedes de la Torre (1892-1973) was born to Juan de la Torre and Amalia Casabilbaso de Tallabas in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, Mexico. Mercedes had one sibling, a sister named Lola who resided in Mexico City. Rosendo married Mercedes in 1910. In there early years they lived in Chihuahua where Rosendo operated a grocery store. They later migrated to the United States via Juarez, Mexico and settled in El Paso, TX. They had four children, Amelia (1910-2000), Carlos (1911-1992), Rosendo (1913-1977), and David (1914-1919),
