Two Yarber males have have joined the Yarbrough/Yarber DNA Project; they have ordered a 67 marker DNA test from Family Tree DNA.
Results will be completed in about 6-8 weeks. If the two Yarbers give permission, the results and lineage will be posted on the World Family Network Yarbrough DNA Project (for all spellings).

The completed results will either match one of the five distinctly different existing line of Yarbrough's or will establish a baseline for a new family lineage.
FYI - the Yarbrough National Genealogical and Historical Association has funded a search for and DNA test for a descendant of the oldest recorded American Yarbrough = Richard Yarborough 1615-1704 who is buried in Blandford Church Cemetery, Petersburg, VA.
