Abraham must be a grandson of Peter and Abiel Woodward, who first appear in Beverly 1692-3. They then moved to Stonington and then Preston where he died. Check the vital records of Stonington and Preston, and early Conn. marriages. He is not in the Peter-Peter-Abel line nor Peter-William line.
