Richard Yaw served in the war of 1812.
Confirmed by Adjutant General, Jackson
Barracks ,N.O. Louisiana, 70140. Letter
dated 30 Oct. 1972. He served as a Pvt.
17,18 an 19 th Conscripted Regt., La.
Militia.The volunteers of these Regts. came from Avoylles, Rapides, Natchitoches, Catahoula & Ouachita Parishes.You can reguest jacket data or pension data from National Archives.
