I am looking for Louie Ybarra/Ibarra. He had or has a brother Andy. They lived in San Francisco, CA in 1956-57.
My mother says he was Mexican-Indian. His family was from south of Texas she thinks. He worked for General Paint Co. in 1956. He was married at the time of my conception but separated. I belive he was 30-40 yrs old in 1956. If you can help me with my search please email me. I have been looking off and on for 30 yrs.
