1796-One genealogy sourse says Andrew died in Apr1796, Pendleton Co., (W)Va.; leaving Elizabeth as the executor of his estate; she turned it down, and son George, became the executor, also, adopting his 12 year old minor bro. William Yeager.
NOTE Chalkley's Volume I p. 250 Order Book No. XX September 18, 1787 (397) Elizabeth Yeager, relict of Andrew Yeager, refused to administer the estate of Andrew Yeager, and administration granted to George Yeager. Chalkley's Volume III p. 179
I am a little confused over the exact date of Andrew Yeager's death, but an inclined to go along with the 1787 date, because of the court actions.
Will Book No. VII page 36 - 15th November 1787. Andrew Yeager's estate appraised by Jno. McCoy, Geo. Sheets. p. 191 Will Book no VII page 301-25 December 1790. Appraised Andrew Yeager's estate - John McCoy, Joseph Malcom, George Shetes.
NOTE: Some genealogists claim that Andrew was married twice, but I have not been able to establish this fact, and the court records indicate that George Yeager (the oldest) was her son as well as Andrews. I believe there is confusion over the number of Andrew Yeager's that was in Pa in this period of time.

1743-Margaretha Elisabeth Sommer, dau of George Sommer, b. 1743; She was confirmed and admitted to Holy Communion on 20Apr1755 at the age of 12 years, New Hanover, Montg., Pa.
1782-Margaretha Catherina Elizabeth Sommer is mentioned in her Father's will made on the 19th day of June, 1782, as Elizabeth Yeager.

1798- Son William Yeager was adopted by brother George Yeager in 1798. Elizabeth may have died about this time, to be determined yet.
1821 - Pocahontas County was formed from Pendleton, Randolph, Greenbrier and Bath Counties.
