I' sure that your M.E. Yearwood is in fact our Mary Evaline Watson. I reviewed the 1850, 1860 & 1870 & 1880 census records for Hiram Proctor, Mary Proctor & Mary Watson. It all fits, ages of the son William S. Proctor, etc. I also reviewed the Confederate Army Record for Hiram Proctor. There are affidavits in it sworn to by Mary E. Proctor, M.A. Smith and Isabella Earwood on October 16, 1862 (after Hiram's death). Thanks for the "link" that puts the Yearwood line back to 1725!
