Nancy, Thanks for prompting me to dig my notes out. From a secondary source (notes abstracted 25 years ago in the Soc. of Genealogists), I note that Richard Yearwood's first wife was nee Rogers (? dau. of Thomas Rogers); he md. Catherine Harvard, widow of Robert Harvard of Stratford on Avon, in 1626 at Wandsworth, Surrey.
Richard is noted as a citizen and grocer of Southwark (London south of the Thames) in 1626, 1631.
If the same Richard, two people were hanged for burglary of his house in Southwark in 1599 (on Christmas Eve!! - they stole 200 knives).
Richard's will dated 8 Sept 1632 (proved 6 Oct 1632) (wch I abstracted about 20 years ago) is not informative with regard to the Harvard connection. His wife Catherine was still then living and the will was witnessed by a Thomas Harvard.
