Thomas EARWOOD in VA
Posted by: W. D. Floyd Date: October 06, 1999 at 05:09:15

I discovered this bit of info in a book named "Colonial Wills of Henrico Co., VA Part One 1677-1737" written by Benjamin B. Weisiger, III. This was on page 90 of the book. p213 Inventory of John Burgany by Edward Curd, Henry Brazeal, and Thomas Earwood. Recorded 6 April 1713 by Edward Floyd and Michal, his wife. I was looking for Floyd info when I discovered this. Thomas Earwood is not listed in the books index. Is there anyone out there that can shed any light on this Thomas Earwood? Could this possibly be the Thomas that is listed in the 1790 Lincoln Co., NC Census? Could this be one of the Thomas Yearwoods? Talk to me Earwood/Yearwood researchers. My thoughts on it is that it is a misspelled Yearwood. Bill
