Early English Yearwoods

Does anyone have information on early Yearwood/Yarwood/Yarwoode families in England? I have heard that the name appears in records of Ollerton Parish, Nottingham County from 1594 to 1800. Also, I have seen a copy of a will of Richard Yearwood, grocer and citizen of London, dated 1632. Earliest Yearwood I have seen in America is William Yearwood on Rappahanock River in VA in 1650.
