HI MY MAIDEN NAME WAS YELDON HOWEVER DURING THE COURSE OF RESEACH I HAVE FOUND THAT THERE HAVE BEEN MANY A SPELLING FOR THE SAME PERSON. MY GREAT GR PA WAS BORN A YEILDING ACCORDING TO HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE. LATER I FIND HIM AS A YELDON. MY GR GR GPA WAS BORN IN SHEET IN HAMPSHIRE, (WHICH IS A VERY SMALL VILLAGE). HOWEVER I HAVE FOUND SOME YALDENS IN SHEET IN THE 1600s ALSO I HAVE FOUND A MARTIN YALDEN WAS THE MAYOR OF WINCHESTER (LARGE CITY IN HAMPSHIRE) IN 1635.
IN THE 17/1800s THE YEILDING NAME WAS RIFE IN THIS AREA ESPECIALLY IN QUARLEY(SMALL VILLAGEIN HAMPSHIRE)AS YOU CAN SEE THIS IS PROBABLY WHERE MOST COME FROM
