I have found a one William Yielding from Sussex, England in the probate records, court of Lewes, dated 1605 and Middleton Yielding, dated 1650, but have not been able to form any connection as of yet. The Yi spelling, makes me believe there maybe some connection, but I have not been able to find more information, I am still searching. Richard is also my great-----grandfather, my branch of the Yieldings are from Ala.
