GEORGE YOHE of Penn Township, Philadelphia County; dated September 30, 1836; executors, John Ford and Frederick Beates of Philadelphia; four daughters, Sarah Ann, Caroline, Susanna and Lydia Ann; witnesses, Nicholas Marselis, Benjamin Longstreth and Thomas Wallace, Jr.; Codicil, February 26, 1837; nominated as executor, Jacob Alter in place of John Ford; property purchased in Wise Port, Northampton County to daughter, Sarah Ann Stine; witnesses, Z. Phillips and Henry M. Phillips; administration to Catharine Yohe, January 25, 1939; executors renounced. P, p. 37.

In the Revolutionary War. One reference reads:

YOHE.--In Philadelphia, Mr. George Yohe, aged 84 years, a soldier of the Revolution.-- Boston Advertiser & Patriot, 21 January, 1839.
