You may have gotten a response by e-mail on this already as I see it was way last spring that your message was posted. I got quite a bit of info from Allie Ruth Hiles and Millie Yongue but it's been awhile since I've done any work on the Yongues.
But, I have a Maria Yongue, who marr Jack Shackelford listed. Her parents were Samuel and Rebecca(Potts or Potter) Yongue and her siblings were: Elizabeth P. Yongue Bones; Harriet R. Yongue Buchanon; "Miss" Yongue Adger; Rachel Yongue Pearson; Nancy Melinda Yongue Evans; Jemima Margaret Yongue Cater; Samuel Henry Yongue(who marr Selina Septima Cater) and I don't know who else. I haven't found the 2nd page...sorry!!
My husband is descended from Samuel Henry and Selina Septima Cater Yongue. Selina's parents were Silas McPherson Cater and Eliza Maria Porcher Cater, I believe.
Wm. Alexander Yongue, 1847-1945, Wm. Wherter Yongue, 1875-1943, Travis Yongue, 1914-1985, to my husband, Dean, is his line.
Is this of any help?
