Stansell/Youngblood Elko, SC
What is the connection between the Stansell's and the Youngblood's in Elko, SC?They both lived in Elko and buried in Elko.My husband's great-grandfather was Clinton Stansell Youngblood and I am wondering why he has this name. There is a Clinton Brown Stansell buried in Elko.
I find it hard to believe that the Youngblood family just liked the name and used it for their son.Did Clinton Brown Stansell save a Youngblood's life? Was he important enough to have his name passed on? Now there is a Clinton Stansell Youngblood, Jr., a III, IV and V.The IV and V are the only ones still alive and they have no clue why the name was chosen long ago.
