My great-grandfather was Gustav Zabell. I know my father talked about an Aunt Amelia. My grandfather's name was Otoo Wilhelm. He was born in what was then West Prussia, not too far from Danzig. The city on his birth certificate was Takorschin or something to the\at effct. German script is difficult to read. They did arrive in Detroit, however, my grandfather did later settle in the Huron County area of Michigan. Any possible connection
