Most were from village Siroka, Hungary/later Czechoslovakia www.cgsi.org and now Siroke, Slovakia/Slovak Republic.
ZABRECKY still in Siroke's phone book.

CKA/SKA is a female ending.
S'iroke, Saris region, SK : Siroka, Schiroka, Ssiroka, Saros megye, Hungary.
