I am looking for any information on a William L. Zachary, b. 10 Jan 1823; died Caldwell Co. TX on 7 March 1894. He is buried in the Cardwell-Misenheimer Cemetery in Caldwell County, TX.

I am part of a group working toward getting this old cemetery (est. 1855) cleaned up and provide a means to keep it clean. To obtain an historical designation, we must know something about those buried there. We plan to publish a little book about those folks and the general area. We have been unable to find out anything about Mr. Zachary. We only know what is on his stone.

I have read most of these postings, and don't see anything that includes him. Any help will be appreciated.
