The today's name ist Wschowa. Under this name you will find it in some maps. Until 1945 it belonged to the former German province of "Nieder-Schlesien" (Lower Silesia). Fraustadt lies near Glogau (now Glogowa, Glugova or like this), about 30-40 kilometer distant I reckon. "Kreis" only means a little district with some villages around a town. The German inhabitants of Kreis Fraustadt were driven away from the Russians in 1945.A lot of them came to Kreis Glauchau in Sachsen (Saxonia).
