Just found out about this site and I was surprised to see all the young Zarate's of the Philippines trying to find thier leneage. Anyway
I'm George Zarate, orginilly from Sampaloc Manila and now residing in Seattle Washington since 1980. My father (Dr. Mario Zarate) was orginally from Binmaley Pangasinan. I know we are related to the Vinluan's and Fernandez of Pangasinan. I also know of 3rd cousins from Agoo La Union and in Particular Dr. Tomas Zarate ( Bagiuo Gen. hospital ) of Baguio City. I heard of the Zarate reunion a few years back but never got a chance to go home. This is good to see the young generationlooking for connection to thier family tree
