Christopher Ziegler came to America with his brother John Ernst Ziegler on 12 December 1754. Christopher married Susanna Neumann on 4 August 1763 at St. Michael's Zion Luthern Church in Philadelphia, Pa.
In the book " Pennsylvania Births Philadelphia County 1766 -17-80" there is a listing for a Johannes Neuman Ziegler born 1 Jan. 1779 and a Maria Ziegler born 15 Jan, 1780 to Ernst Ziefler and his wife Cathrina.This record is suppose to be listed at the records of First Reformed Church, Philadelphia.
Christopher is my Revolutionary ancestor. I would like to find out any information on when John Ernst married and
more on his children, since he had a child named Johannes Neuman, as one of the people listed on Christopher was a Johann Neuman.I cannot locate any records on Johann Neumann, at the library ir State Archives. I live in Georgia so I don't hace access to many Pennsylvania books that I probably would need. We have some Pa. records.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
