No worries. We are all after the same thing -- our family histories. These forums are great for that pursuit.

To my other post, let me add that Emma Zeigler and Fred Mikell had a son named William, this in addition to Emma's original son Willie by her husband David. I guess she really liked the name. Her daughter Anna also had a Willie. Are you dizzy, yet?

You can find Willie Zeigler in the 1880 census.

You can also find William Zeigler in the 1880 census (born in 1873 or 1877), and also in the 1900 census, though in 1900 he was listed by the surname Mikell.

I have Willie Ziegler (1865) dying in 1927 in South Carolina.
