Hi Rich
Think Catherine Zellers may be sister of Henry Zellers, Juniata County PA, who I am trying to establish as my ggg grandfather.
I was wondering if you have any info. since your post. 1850
census lists Henry and his wife, Catherine, whom I am thinking is Catherine Knouse. So Henry and his sister look like they married into the same family. Daniel Knouse came to own land once owned by Henry and John Zellers in the mid 1700's along Mahantago Creek, which is in the area my Zellers ancestors that are firmly established lived.
Henry and Catherine's father may have been Frederick Zellers. Henry had 2 sons, Adam born in 1846 and Frederick born 1848. My gggrandfather was Frederick Zellers b. 4-6-1848.
