Mary Jane Long - Zeller deed 1845 Washington County, MD.

I am seeking the connection between Mary Jane Long and Michael Zeller, both of Washington County, Maryland.

Deed IN1:571 is the sale in 1845 from Michael Zeller to Mary Jane Long. No relationship is stated.
Deed IN1:573 is the sale in 1845 from Mary Jane Long to Michael Zeller.

Then I have deeds with Theobald Mowen and wife Mary J. to Thomas Bean IN 5:517 14 May 1849- part of a tract of land called Zellers Discovery. This land was from Michael Zeller to Mary Jane Long.

Obviously, Mary Jane Long had married Theobald Mowen by 1845 and the 1850 District 2, Washington County Maryland census [Dewalt Mowen] shows they married about 1843. Mary Jane was b. 1825 in Pennsylvania. They have a daughter named Susan.

How does this Mary Jane [Long] Mowen tie to the Zeller family? If Jonas Zeller married Susan Long in 1816 then Mary Jane could not be her child.

Michael Zeller is supposed to be the son of Jonas Zeller - did his name a step daughter Mary Jane who also received land? Did Susan receive land when her mother died? Has anyone checked out the probate in Washington County?

There are Sellers families located in Washington County, Maryland in 1780's. Is this the family of Jonas?
