Zeller family from Switzerland

I have been working on my family genealogy, and have found that my maternal family is from Swabia, Bavaria, near Ulm. However, the family history says that Mathaeus Zeller emigrated. The family traditions say that the Zeller family originally came from Switzerland, and I am presuming that this is the case, but I cannot locate any information regarding this. Matheaus Zeller married Afra Schweighart, and he died in 1853. According to the Catholic Archives in Augsburg, he had 2 sons, Anton and Franz. Both of these sons were born in 1805 -- Franz in January and Anton in December. Does anyone have any information regarding the Zeller family from Switzerland? If so, please email me.
