I believe the post you referred to has mixed up some Zellers families. Henry Zellers who married Catherine Knouse was born on April 8 1810. His sister Catherine is most likely not "your Catherine" because she is born 30 years prior. I have recently concluded that Catherine Zellers b. Feb 11 1814 is the Catherine of my family line and she married Daniel Knouse. There is a lot of misinformation I believe with the Zellers families of Juniata, later Perry and Snyder counties because of repeated names esp. John Frederick and Catherines...seems many Zellers wives were also Catherine. While I now it IS possible, I would believe that the 30 year difference illustrates the point that Anna Catherine Ream's brother Henry is not the Henry I am looking for, however I believe my Henry's father was indeed named Frederick because that name came down several generations up until my very own grandfather. Love those German naming patterns!
