Robert...I had written the Forum back on 9/11/99 and said that my Greatgrandfather's name was Fredrick. I later discovered that I was mistaken and his name was actually "Ferd" Zent. I find in ironic, at best, that his wife's (my Greatgrandmother)name was Sady. As mentioned in my earlier posting, though I'm not sure of their origins of birth, I do know these people farmed in Ohio very near the community of Cardington, which is in Morrow County. They are buried in a cemetary near there. My Grandparents, Orville Lee Zent, and Ertena Mary Ramsey, met in a one rooom shoolhouse, called Goose Heaven, there near Cardington and also farmed in that area in the early years of their marriage. They eventually moved to a town known as Galion, where my father was born, and where I was then born, 59 years later. I suspect a connection here? If you have additional information and would like to pursue this to some end, please write.
