Great Grandmother Louise Notet

Hey Lyle,

Since my last message, I found the obituary of my great grandmother. I thought that she died before 1900, as she wasnt listed in the PA census. She was in Indiana visiting her daughters. She died in Kokomo on January 8, 1942. That was ten days before her grandson, my father, as Frank Zerla died on the 18th of January. We stayed with Jimmy and Stella a few days in the summmer of 1941.

The obit says that she was born in Paris June 2, 1852. I'm not sure as other records say she was born in Belgium.
She had six daughters and a son. I only have names for four daughters. The son took her second husband's name - Matthew. That is why I couldn't find him before.

One of my grandmother's sisters was born in Crystal City, MO.!! One has to be a detective doing genealogy.
CIAO, Richard
