Looking for info on my great aunt. I met her in 1966 and she was a widow and in her late 80's. Her sister was my great grandmother, Cora Alice Christian. Emma and Herman are buried in the Grandview Cemetery in Terre Haute, Indiana. Since I am the first entry and did not request this forum, someone else must be researching the surname. Emma and Herman had a baby that died and then adopted a son named Roy. It was whispered that he was an unmarried relatives child from the next state. Red hair in family. Native American on the Krise side. Herman was a fabulous carver and I have seen his work and have part of a piece of his. They had lots of family memorabilia and photos. Where did they end up? Any info appreciated.
