I have some Sigafoos in my line, but not your Mary. I did notice that in PA this spelling seemed to be most common in Bucks County during this time period; the other counties of the area had a pretty wide mix of spellings (Zie.., Zei.., Sig.., Zeg.., and ..fuss, ..foss, ..fuze, ..foos).

If you're sure about the spelling, maybe you should check the 1870 and 1880 PA census to see if you can make a start there, although Mary is a pretty common first name so you might have a fair amount of work ahead of you.
