Good to hear from you.Thank you for the name of Robert Zielstorff from Londonderry NH. I will write to him as time permits.
My ancestors; the brothers John and Carl Zielstorff,emigrated from the port of Hamburg on the ship Hammonia.They arrived in New York on 02 October 1872.
From Carl Zielstorff’s newspaper obituary we find; he was born: 13 October 1847 in Poggendorf. From John Zielstorff’s marriage certificate we find; he was born: 20 July 1848 in Pommern.
I am employed with Smith & Nephew, a UK company that makes and sells orthopaedic medical devices.We have a factory in Tuttlingen, Germany; and my German business associate made contact with:
