Rita, I only know that my great grandfather was Herman Zeuch, and from cemetary records lived from 1850-1942. His sons were Henry Theodor, Johann A., and Frederick Charles Zeuch. Cemetary records also show a Christ Zeuch 1834-1898, but I can not find anything to substantiate a relation with him other than his being placed in the same cemetary. The only thing my father used to say was that his father's family came from the Black Forest region of Germany. I'm sure Herman was born in Germany, but have no way of finding a birth certificate, or baptismal record. I do know that Herman was married to Amelia Hoff, aka Emily Hoff, 1855-1942.
Let me know if you come up with something!
