Hi, Leonard - Another Zike cousin? Welcome. The "book" I have is about 130 pages in a three-ring notebook of data compiled by Harry Virgle Smith (another cousin) prior to 1965. I've found several cousins on the web who have graciously added to Harry's data.

A contact researching Hessian soldiers that remained in the States and Canada (primarily the latter) after the Revolution has told me the name was Zeuch, and another has given me a possible birthplace. Harry was apparently not aware of this, though yet another cousin has told me that he was also told by his father that the name was originally Zeuch.

Hope you find your copy of the "book". If you don't, and I can help fill in some gaps, let me know.
