A friend copied information on her Hovermale/Habermehl line which included a little information on this couple:
"Elizabeth, daughter of John and Mar. Magdl. (the author states this is possibly Mary Magdalene)Havermehl/Hovermale, was born in Germany, but living in Sharpsburg, Maryland by 1785. She married Peter Ziler, Jr., on 29 Oct 1799 in Berkeley Co. VA, minister Nathan Young."
Their children are listed as:
John R., md Barbera Hurkhammner
Peter W., md Catherine Unger
Elizabeth, md Peter Shirley
Daniel, died before 1847
Catherine Christina
Rebecca, md Rev. Jacob Stonesifer
George, md Annie Bohrer
Sarah, md Mr. Thompson
Peter and Elizabeth Ziler remained in Morgan County, (VA), West Virginia."
She did not send me a copy of the title page, so I do not know the name of the book, or the name of the author. I have no further information on these people.
