Zipp's down south

There is a whole slew of Zipp's down here in Texas. Not sure if it still exists but there used to be a town named Zippville. It was near New Braunsfels Tx. There is a high consentration of Zipp's there. My dad's aunt put together a geneology book for every family member. My understanding is that there were 8 Zipp brothers that sailed to the US, 4 on the east coast and 4 in Texas. They father of my line was, I believe, Jacob Zipp. If needed I can consult the book to help anybody that needs it.
